Main Contractor Role Checklist for NCR Installations
by Matt Richards, from the Community
This main contractor role checklist supports ATL teams working on behalf of NCR to deliver retail store installations safely and to scope. Capture site details, permits general and electrical, on-site personnel and engineer counts, and evidence of credentials such as CSCS and Tesco certification. Guide the installation workflow: handback readiness, reuse of floor trunking and tri lights, fitting skirts, self service checkout removal and recycling, bolting units, XR7 head handling, scales return, barcode sticker application, signage transfer, and scanner holder moves. Log issues, add photos, and record comments. Complete sign-offs by NCR, electrician, ATL, main contractor, and store.
