It guides teams through pre-installation steps, permits, and safety checks; captures store information and engineer credentials; and documents SCO and POS installation quality, branding, and operation. It includes photo evidence of lanes, trunking, service poles, RAP cabinets, flooring and ceiling works, and any relocations of mainbank or manned tills. The checklist culminates in permit sign-offs and final approvals by ATL, NCR, electricians, and the store.
