Use this main contractor checklist to manage ATL installations for NCR in retail stores. Capture pre-installation photos, verify site safety boards, complete ATL and electrical permits, and record on-site personnel and CSCS details. Document SCO and POS installations, including lane numbers, branding, trunking, service poles, RAP cabinets, and operational status. Assess flooring, ceiling, skirting, and any relocated mainbank or manned tills with annotated evidence. Finalize with permit sign-offs, engineer and contractor signatures, and store handover fit to trade.
