Structured checklist for main contractors delivering ATL work on behalf of NCR in retail stores. Capture client and store details, version history, pre-install photos, and site safety information. Record permits, on-site personnel, and CSCS evidence. Document SCO installation to plan, branding quality, IT readiness, trunking and service poles, and skirting. Cover mainbank and staffed till relocations with photos or annotated drawings. Verify flooring and ceiling works, and sign off individual POS areas such as customer services, kiosk, cafe, pharmacy, opticians, and electrical. Conclude with permit sign-offs, engineer and contractor signatures, and store handover fit to trade.
