Main Contractor Role for ATL on Behalf of NCR
by Scott Power, from the Community
This main contractor checklist supports ATL teams working on behalf of NCR to deliver retail store installations safely and to scope. It covers permit control (general and electrical), verification of on-site personnel and credentials (CSCS cards, trade certificates), RAMS sign-off, and site board and register setup. The workflow guides installation steps for self-checkout equipment, signage transfer, securing and recycling of components, and packaging and returns to Holford. It prompts capture of before-and-after evidence photos, documentation of issues and engineer comments, and formal sign-off by NCR and ATL leads, electricians, and the store. Use this template to standardize communication, ensure compliance, and hand back stores fit to trade.
