Use this main contractor checklist when working on behalf of NCR and ATL to manage store installation and fit-out tasks. Confirm safety board display and required permits; record onsite personnel and engineer totals; capture CSCS and Tesco certificate evidence; verify installation steps including SSC removal and bolting, XR7 head handling, scales and signage transfer, barcode sticker application, and reuse of floor trunking and tri lights. Include photo documentation, site issues, and comments. Complete electrical and general permit sign offs, capture leads’ signatures and company names, and confirm store handback fit to trade.
