PDC Collection Sheet for Vehicle Pre-Delivery

Use this PDC collection sheet to standardize pre-delivery checks for vehicles. Record stock and registration numbers, chassis digits, mileage, make and model. Inspect interior and exterior lights, infotainment, speedometer, and brakes. Capture tyre tread depths and pressures for all wheels, torque settings, and presence of compressor, tyre weld, jack, and tools. Verify air conditioning temperature and any warning lights. Complete final checks on locking wheel nut key, engine oil, brake fluid, cooling, PAS, screen wash, and battery health. Note fuel level or EV charge, and assess for brake judder, alignment, and abnormal noises during road tests. Track service intervals and MOT due dates, with employee signature for accountability.
