Capture vehicle make, model, registration or chassis number; collection and delivery addresses; condition and cleanliness; weather; documents such as V5 log book, book pack, service pack; fuel or charge status; interior checks including carpets, locking wheel nut, SD card, parcel shelf, spare key, and charge cables; exterior condition and tyre checks; mileage; photo evidence including damage; notes; and required signatures from driver, collection, and delivery.
