Use this weekly block inspection checklist to assess entrances, grounds, facilities, car parks, and floors 1 to 6. Verify gates and doors, lighting, CCTV, sanitizer, lifts, and general decoration. Inspect bin stores, laundry room, and parking areas for cleanliness, dumped items, abandoned vehicles, and safety hazards. On each floor, check corridors, refuse chutes, vents, stairwells, trip hazards, and fire exit doors. Record findings, note bulbs or fittings to replace, arrange removal for fly tipping, and capture any additional comments before sign off. Export the completed report as a PDF and send it to the property manager.
