This monthly van check sheet helps drivers and supervisors complete a thorough vehicle inspection. Review passenger compartment safety including seat belts, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and required documents. Verify lights and indicators, check engine oil, coolant, brake and clutch fluid, power steering fluid, and signs of leaks. Assess storage and waste compartments for cleanliness and correct equipment storage, including spill kits and PPE where required. Inspect exterior condition, tires and pressure, windscreen and roof racks. Record any damage with photos and document findings for timely defect reporting and maintenance.
