This daily machine check checklist helps operators verify critical safety and maintenance items before starting a shift or switching vehicles. Inspect fluid levels for engine, hydraulic, and transmission systems; check diesel and AdBlue, belts, air cleaner, radiator, mirrors, lights, horn, reversing alarms, wheel nuts, tracks or tires, hydraulic hoses and cylinders, attachments, warning beacon, lap belt, and brakes. Include a COVID-19 clean down as required. Record comments, report any defects to the workshop and line manager immediately, and complete the confirmation to ensure the equipment is safe to operate.
