Use this operator daily safety and maintenance checklist to assess heavy machinery before each shift. Verify safe access and egress, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels, tyres or tracks, lights, horn, warning beacons and reversing alarms, windows and wipers, control functions, service and parking brakes, seat belts, all round visibility, steering, quick hitch or coupler and hydraulic hoses, ROPS and FOPS integrity, access steps, handrails, guards, AdBlue level and emergency stops. Log defects, attach photos and notify the Plant Manager before resuming work.
