CPMS PIC End of Shift Report

Use this CPMS PIC end-of-shift report to document rail worksite activity and handover details. Capture site location, weather, and key safety roles such as PICOP, ES or PC, and PIC or COSS. Record week, item, work site and GZAC numbers, SWP references, possession times granted and returned, and isolation on and off.
