This site report template is designed for rail projects and work sites. Capture site name, client, nature of works, week and shift details, start and finish times, possession and isolation information (per WON), ES and NOM approvals, delays and reasons, and end-of-possession details. Log contractors and disciplines, WPP and TBS references, completed works, issues, and PIC. Use the worksite inspection checklist to confirm protection and warning arrangements, risk controls, permits, welfare facilities, and that the track is safe for train passage. Attach site photos and record SWP number, completion details, signatures, and date.
