PICOP KPI Audit for Rail Possession Management
This (S)PICOP KPI Audit template supports rail possession management and compliance. It includes sections for possession overrun capture with initial findings, root and underlying causes, and lessons learned. Review the PICOP log for requested hand-back times, updates received, and sufficient detail. Verify the RT3198 Record of Arrangements, including line blocks, protecting signals held at danger, possession mileages, protection and level crossing arrangements, worksite details, and engineering supervisor information. Check the train log for movements within the possession and correct VMF entries. Capture other issues and comments to drive continuous improvement and safety.
