Use this Phase 1 XGSPON build walk off report to record and verify Virgin Media network installation work. Capture site details and access requirements, note dwellings and floors, and comply with fire safety rules for trunking, fire clips, and resealing penetrations. Document DP numbers, locations, served properties, and add open/closed DP photos. Record cable routes with photos, note whether the install is internal or external, and whether trunking, hatches, or fibre tube were installed. Log POE counts and locations with an example photo. Include Phase 1 test results, confirming IOLM testing passed at 1650 nm. Add red line drawings, notes, and complete the final sign-off to confirm work meets the job pack.
