Use this SCCI OTT rollout checklist to manage end to end AV deployment across sites. Capture site details, installed kits, HDMI cable lengths and labels, splitters and adapters, Amino box installs and asset numbers, switch connections, and CAT5 leads. Record and photograph racks, screens, and gantries. Replace and authorize SIS receivers with Cisco units, log UA and asset numbers, and set correct screen inputs. Derig and document legacy PCs, receivers, RF gear, modulators, and amps, with serials and reasons when not removed. Note issues, collect staff feedback, and complete client and engineer sign off.
