This commissioning sign-off checklist is designed for retail shops to verify AV, satellite, and EPOS installations before handover. Record site details, attach shop plans, and document dish locations, mounts, and cabling routes. Capture inventory and photos for gantry screens, SSBT, FOBT, counter, window and numbers displays, plus counts and models. Audit the head end including RF rack, 4G antenna on 24 hour mains, WiFi access point, EPOS rack, and BT line. Validate counter setup with till points, printers, shop phone and card terminals, and speaker placement. Track SCCI supplied equipment, RF cabling types wf100, wf125, wf165, HDMI leads and splitters, COFDM modulators, and HDMI to CAT5 converters. Conclude with client and engineer signatures to confirm completion and acceptance.
