This SCCI cinema sign off checklist helps technicians document AV and broadcast installation details at site handover. Capture site name and address, completion date, and engineer details. Record satellite dish placement and access, Freeview or Freesat antenna installation, cabling types and routes, and the number of connections. Confirm receiver locations and site readiness, and attach photos of dishes, antennas, receivers, and cable runs. Finish with client and engineer names and signatures to formally sign off the installation.
