BT WiFi Installation Sign Off for Costa Coffee

Use this installation sign off checklist to complete BT WiFi deployments at Costa Coffee sites. Capture site details, cabling and access point locations, speed test results and photo evidence. Document BT Smart Hub placement, 4G backup, power distribution unit, network switch, power over Ethernet and patch cabling. Verify labeling, trunking and tidy cabling. Submit images of access points, speed tests, landing page and hub management to BT, and send SCR copies to SCCI. Record snagging items and resolutions. Collect customer and engineer sign offs, visit times and the SCCI clearcode to close the job.
