This SCCI OTT roll out checklist guides field engineers through deploying in venue AV for OTT. Record site details, installed kit, and switch connections. Install and label HDMI leads, splitters, and adapters. Fit and label Amino set top boxes and a Netgear switch, capture asset numbers and photos for the rack, gantry, and screens. Replace SIS receivers with Cisco units, record UA and asset numbers, confirm authorization, and verify screens boot on the correct source after a power cycle. Remove legacy PCs, receivers, RF and modulation equipment as required and document any issues. Complete client and engineer sign off.
