IHS Monopole QA Checklist ver 1.1
Use this IHS Monopole QA ver 1.1 checklist to verify telecom monopole site security and workmanship. Inspect tower access doors, lock installability and alignment, welds and grinding, paint treatment to IHS specifications, cold galvanizing of affected areas, drilling and treatment of security holes, proper chain and hardware fixation, removal of shear-off nuts, flush cutting and tack welding, and LED checks. Capture required photos and video, confirm Abloy locks and site are secured, and document gate status and any existing locks returned to the custodian.
