Zoomfibre Air Conditioning Service Checklist
by Avish Rambarun, from the Community
This practical HVAC checklist supports Zoomfibre ANOs in servicing mid wall split air conditioning units using R410a refrigerant. It covers preparation and service details, verification that remotes and monitoring links are in place, and step by step tasks for safe operation. Checks include blower motor amperage and voltage, thermostat calibration, air filter cleaning, bearing lubrication, inspection of indoor and condenser coils, clearing and treating condensate drains, monitoring refrigerant pressures, verifying safety devices, and a full electrical review of disconnects, wiring, contactors, capacitors, and exposed conductors. It also guides cleaning condenser coils, inspecting service valves and fan blades, measuring supply and return temperature differentials, and checking ductwork for energy loss. The template concludes with provider details and sign off for both the technician and the Zoomfibre ANO, including declarations of work quality and next service due.
