HVAC PPM Checklist for Air Conditioning Maintenance

This HVAC planned preventive maintenance checklist covers internal and external air conditioning assets. Tasks include cleaning filters and facias, cleaning evaporator and condenser coils, leak testing refrigeration pipework and coils, checking for water leaks, verifying thermostat settings at 21 degrees in Auto mode, and testing both cooling and heating operation. External checks include pressure washing/OFN cleaning of condenser coils, confirming panels, fixings, and fan guards are secure, ensuring drip trays drain correctly, verifying the mains isolator functions and is in good condition, and clearing debris around outdoor units. Includes site sign-offs for technician and BP site manager.
