This specialist accommodation site visit checklist helps providers and housing teams review the quality and compliance of supported housing schemes. It covers reviews and audits (CQC or other), resident satisfaction, compliments and complaints, and safeguarding incidents. Inspect maintenance standards across communal areas, internal and external decoration, gardens and externals, and record outstanding repairs. Verify health and safety compliance including housekeeping, routes and signage, fire alarm and emergency lighting tests, extinguishers, smoke and CO2 alarms, evacuation plans and PEEPs, fire doors, gas servicing, EICR and PAT testing, hot and cold water safety, window restrictors, pull cords, security, lifts and LOLER. Capture agreed actions for both provider and landlord and obtain signatures.
