This monthly site audit checklist is designed for housing schemes to assess site presentation, safety, and compliance. It covers external areas and car parks, signage, lighting, grounds upkeep, roof and gutters, and entrance standards. Inside, it reviews reception, notice boards, fire panels and documentation (PEEPs, ERP, evacuation plan), cleanliness and decor, and restrictions on mobility equipment. Restaurant and kitchen presentation and audit, hallways and communal spaces, fire doors, toilets, salons, and pull-cord testing are included. Communal grounds checks address furniture condition, litter, pests, bins, and window cleaning. Housing office compliance includes GDPR, licences and certificates, CCTV, access control, contractor inductions, master key audits, and care office CQC certification. Staff competency spans complaints handling, ASB interventions, incident logging, fire door checks, ERP scenarios, debt monitoring, safeguarding, void tracking, and coordination with letting and money advice teams.
