Grounds Maintenance Audit Checklist

Use this grounds maintenance audit to assess site standards and contractor performance. Inspect grass cutting, weed control, pruning, litter removal and signs of fly tipping. Score the overall condition from 1 to 10, note if immediate remedial action was required, and rescore after actions. Capture at least five photos of key areas and keep images consistent across visits. Record health and safety concerns, repairs raised with job numbers and completion dates, and any contributing factors when standards are not acceptable. Log days since last visit and provide general comments and recommendations to the client. Obtain a signature to complete the audit.
