Use this inventory and check-in report to document a rental property's condition at move-in. Capture photos and notes for rooms and fixtures including doors, windows, walls, ceilings, floors, lighting, power points, cupboards and drawers, worktops, tiling, heating sources, sinks and taps, hob, oven and grill, extractor fans, washing machine, washer dryer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Cover bathrooms and toilets, including showers, baths, and screens, and check bedrooms for curtains, built-in wardrobes, TV points, and en-suites. Record any damage, damp or mould, and other comments to standardize tenant onboarding and create a clear baseline that reduces disputes and protects deposits.
