This rental property condition report helps property managers and landlords document the state of a residence at tenant checkout. Capture general images and details of each area including lounge, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and exterior. Record the condition of doors, walls, windows, blinds or curtains, floor coverings, light fittings and switches, power points, appliances, cupboards and worktops, heating sources, and fixtures such as sinks, taps, showers, baths, and toilets. Note any damage, damp or mould, rubbish, and other observations. Include signatures from the tenant or representative and the inspector to complete the handover.
