Site Inspection Checklist
This Site Inspection Checklist helps property and facilities teams assess internal and external communal areas for safety, condition, and compliance. Review signage and notices, doors, windows, locks, lighting, floors, walls, and ceilings. Verify fire safety measures including alarms, detectors, smoke vents, dry risers, and evacuation notices.
