Use this template to complete a thorough ensuite room inventory and schedule of condition during tenant check in. Record the property address and room number, capture photos from all corners, and document keys issued. Inspect the sleeping area including doors, walls, ceiling, windows and locks, blinds or coverings, flooring, bed and mattress, storage, desk and chair, heating and any electrical items. Note the presence of damp or mould and add comments. If an annexe is present, record the condition of surfaces, flooring, windows and electrics. In the ensuite section, assess the doorway, walls and ceiling, bathing area and fittings, sink and taps, toilet and cistern, and flooring. Conclude with inspector signature, date and time to confirm the condition at move in.
