This Condition Survey Report template helps facilities teams assess the state of buildings and site assets. Capture property details, site contacts, weather, and photos. Classify issues across trades and elements such as flooring, walls, windows, doors, roofing, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, toilets, tiling, locks, carpeting, guttering, fencing, roadways, barriers, and grounds. Record locations (e.g., reception, plant room, accommodation, external), describe issues, define works required, set estimated timescales (immediately to 5 years), and estimate costs to support maintenance planning and budgeting. Ideal for systematic building condition assessments.
