This underground mining vehicle prestart checklist helps operators verify vehicle readiness before work. It covers Category 1 must not operate faults and Category 2 corrective action items, including brakes, steering, seatbelts, horns, beacons, lights, tires and rims, windscreens, reverse alarms and cameras, IVMS, DSS, CAS, speed limiter, park brake alarm, engine oil, battery condition, isolation switch, and fire suppression.
