Use this Pirtek RTB vehicle inspection checklist to capture general vehicle details and complete a structured safety review. Inspect critical items such as headlights, park and tail lights, brake lights, reverse alarm and lights, indicators, horn, seatbelts, fire extinguisher, and general condition. Evaluate body panels, windscreen, washers and wipers, air conditioning, seat and steering adjustments, dash lights, door locks and handles, fluid and oil leaks, oil, coolant, and brake fluid levels, and number plates. Review accessories and interior condition, confirm jack and tools are present, and assess tyre and rim condition for front, rear, and spare with photo evidence. Use Category A, B, and C fault grading, with Category A items requiring the vehicle to be taken out of service until repaired.
