This heavy vehicle prestart checklist helps operators verify machine readiness before each shift. Inspect fluids and coolant, steering, service and park brakes, E-stop, horns and gauges, cameras, lights, tyres and rims, seat belts, radios, and fire suppression. Record and classify defects as Category A, B, or C with clear actions: do not operate for A faults, supervisor approval for B, and operate with report for C. Includes checks for leaks, undercarriage, G.E.T, ladders and handrails, catwalks, housekeeping, and manuals.
