Use this 5S audit form to evaluate back table areas for lean workplace standards. Review exit routes and access to safety items including fire extinguishers eyewash and spill kits. Check adherence to min and max limits with no overflow and ensure no parts are on the floor. Confirm unused tools and personal items are removed and shadowboards are fully stocked. Inspect storage racks bins cabinets and furniture for proper use and good condition. Verify computers printers scanners and wiring are clean organized and secure. Inspect fans for dust and confirm waste removal bins are present clean and not overflowing. Ensure lighting is sufficient and floors are clean. Check that mutilation protection and painted surfaces are in good condition. Review walls and columns for cleanliness. Ensure work cells and stations are identified with standard signage and movable items have defined homes. Confirm min and max inventory levels and location labels are clearly communicated. Capture the auditor signature to complete the audit.
