This food safety self inspection audit template supports GMP and hygiene compliance across a food manufacturing facility. It guides auditors through production lines, warehouse, maintenance, sanitation, and common areas to check handwashing and sink temperatures, PPE and hairnet use, labeling, storage, and cleanliness. It prompts verification of equipment and building conformity to 530-INS-0003/0004, pest control risks, and door and dock plate integrity.
