This Food Safety Self Inspection Audit template helps food manufacturing teams evaluate GMP and hygiene practices across the facility. It guides auditors through production lines, packaging, warehouse, and support areas to check handwashing compliance, sink temperatures, proper use of hairnets and uniforms, labeling, storage, and protection of food contact tools. It prompts review of contamination and pest risks, temporary repairs, chemical control, and equipment and building conformity per internal standards 530-INS-0003 and 530-INS-0004. The audit includes employee interviews on the food safety manual, allergens, CCPs, and BRC awareness. It also covers warehouse door seals, dock plates, and exterior building security. Findings are rated per 750-PRC-0009 with optional SAP notifications for minor, major, and critical issues.
