This supervisor checklist guides a thorough cleanliness and maintenance walk for quick service restaurants. Inspect exterior areas, parking, signage, and windows. Review lobby, drink stations, and restrooms for lighting, fixtures, stocking, and hygiene. Validate front counter equipment such as beverage machines and refrigeration. Audit kitchen stations including fryers, grills, ovens, ventilation, PPE, floors, and first aid. Check storage, sinks, walk in units, waste and oil systems, doors, alarms, and safety signage. Include roof HVAC, exhaust, and technology systems like registers, KVS, cameras, and headsets to ensure safe, compliant operations.
