Use this monthly restaurant cleaning checklist to keep back-of-house and front-of-house areas clean, compliant, and guest ready. Inspect chemical supplies and labels, verify sanitizer concentrations and test strips, and confirm approved products and safety data sheets. Check utensils storage and sanitizing procedures. Audit kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, freezers, refrigerators, and ice machines for cleanliness and good repair. Review storage rooms, floors, walls, ceilings, vents, lighting, and pest proofing. Assess front counter, drive-thru, beverage stations, and McCafe equipment.
