This mystery shop checklist helps evaluate quick service drive-in operations from arrival to checkout. Review exterior readiness (lights, signage, lot cleanliness, landscaping) and the ordering experience including reply time, warm greeting, name use, order repeat, cost disclosure, upselling, and menu condition. Assess carhop delivery speed and standards: name tag, introduction, smile, order read-back, total, condiments, red button mention, and apology/coupon for waits over five minutes. Capture receipt photos and rate food and drink temperature, freshness, presentation, and seasoning. Note manager engagement, check-backs, smile tray, skating carhops, and any complaints.
