Salt Pig Fridge and Freezer Temperature Checks Evening
by Ross Mackintosh, from the Community
Use this evening checklist to record internal temperatures for all cold equipment, including fridges, a walk in fridge, and multiple freezers. Enter readings for each unit, confirm they are within safe ranges, and note any cleaning completed. Do not rely on external displays; measure food temperatures and sterilize probes before and after each check. Capture the number of units inspected, verify completion of required checks, and document date, time, and staff name for accountability.
