Use this QSC/DM Footprint checklist to assess quality, service, and cleanliness in quick-service restaurants. Review food products for taste, temperature, and freshness; evaluate guest service from greeting to order accuracy; and inspect curb appeal, dining room, restrooms, and back-of-house. Verify operations standards including temp logs, QA critical items, uniforms, equipment, coolers/freezers, lighting, and cleaning tools. Confirm safety posters, fryer and cutting safety equipment, BevBar mats, and general safety compliance. Record observations, add comments, and sign off to standardize manager visits and drive consistent performance.
