Inspect cleanliness of parking lot, restrooms, dining room, windows, kitchen, dry storage, and coolers, and confirm lights and POP are in place. Check operations leadership and systems, holding times, uniforms, and safety compliance such as posters, PPE, and communication boards. Capture issues, assign actions, and track improvements across locations.
