This QSC Visit checklist helps quick service restaurants assess Quality, Service, and Cleanliness across front-of-house, drive-thru, and kitchen operations. Sections cover guest recovery, beverage bar, tables and restrooms, drive-thru window and menu boards, trash and floors, parking lot, and door glass. Kitchen checks include heated holding, fry station, dress tables, breakfast and burger assembly, prep and labeling, and backline cleaning. It also includes leadership and staffing practices, administrative and cash logs, temperature logs, and an action plan with signatures.
