This Panda Express EcoSure inspection checklist helps restaurant teams audit critical food safety and operations. Review facility conditions, pest control, handwashing, chemicals, waste, and floors. Validate hot and cold holding temperatures, temp logs, and utensil storage at the steam table, ranges, grill, fryers, rice cabinet, and rice cookers. Check labeling, day dots, cleaning schedules, and equipment hygiene. Inspect prep sinks, produce washing, thawing, cutting tools, and storage practices. Verify walk in coolers and freezers for order, gaskets, thermometers, air curtains, lighting, and shelving.
