This restaurant operations checklist covers both FOH and BOH standards to maintain safety, cleanliness, and great guest experiences. Audit refrigeration condition and cleanliness, equipment maintenance, station setup, labeling, sanitation buckets, knives and cutting boards, handwashing stations, floors, pest control, and line checks. Review team readiness including uniforms, hygiene, and PPE. Evaluate guest contact points, service sequence, check-backs, secondary services, dessert and coffee timing, and payment. Inspect FOH dining areas, bar setup, glassware, recipes, labeling, and overall organization to keep operations consistent and compliant.
