This GMP High Care Audit B checklist is designed for PM shift inspections in high-care food production areas. The audit includes checks for labeling and date control, color-coded containers, prevention of contamination and foreign bodies, and effective spill cleanup. Changing room housekeeping and correct storage of footwear and garments are verified.
