This Hotel Manager on Duty checklist supports daily hotel operations at Aviary Bintaro. It guides the MOD to announce duty status to front office and outlet leaders, complete shift handover, review previous service recovery and close guest issues in person. The checklist covers entrance, lobby, elevators, restrooms, corridors, stairwells, meeting rooms, spa, parking, staff areas, sky bar, playground, pool, kitchens, garbage and generator rooms, ballroom, gardens and signage. It includes random room inspections for facilities, amenities, temperature and cleanliness. Lobby and business center tasks verify music, lighting, scent, internet, furniture condition and queue management, plus service audits. Restaurant checks ensure prompt service and member benefits. Fitness and pool areas are inspected for cleanliness, supplies and equipment readiness. Meeting areas and restrooms are verified for cleanliness, signage accuracy and security. Back of house checks include hallways, lighting, locker rooms, laundry, loading dock, cafeteria, uniform room and service lifts, with coordination with loss prevention and engineering. Conclude with a handover to the next MOD.
