Use this IRD-BBC inspection template to audit in-room dining and restaurant operations at hotels and clubs. Cover general review, phone and POS function, dining tables and staging areas, side stations and waste receptacles, and signs of pests. Check coffee and server stations including shelving, ice bins and scoops, perishables labeling, cooler temperatures below 40 degrees, gaskets, lighting, and beverage machines. Verify cleanliness of cups and storage, product sell-by dates, and station organization. Confirm hand sinks have signage, soap, towels, hot water, and working dispensers.
